The goal is to activate then generate Prana ( life force), expand it and redirect it towards what is needed ( physical healing, mental block, emotional stagnation ..) to restore balance, clarity and brightness.

Welcome to ‘Brighter than a million suns by Géraldine’ : a new platform of transformative and self-healing offerings aimed to open you to experience that true soul essence which indeed radiates brighter than a million suns! Following over 11 years of dedicated training in yoga, meditation, breathwork ( kriyas, pranayama and more recently SOMA breath), scratching the surface of the fascinating limitless esoteric sciences and metaphysics, while going through my own soul squeezes and life challenges it forced me to tap into new sources of strength and resilience and BREATH is what gelled it all together! Conscious BREATH is the master key that unlocked new possibilities for me.  From finally shifting my form that was constantly tired for not reason, to releasing stagnant past emotions, to finding focus and clarity and accessing new altered state of consciousness through my own supply ! it’s been such a useful, helpful and playful exploration of this ancient Science that am now passionate about sharing it all with YOU.

Meet Géraldine

Géraldine facilitates a palette of pranic Breathwork, healing SOMA journeys, health boosting, trauma release and soul awakening offerings that all aim at bringing the systems back to a state of coherence, harmony and restoration on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels. Géraldine is a student of Ocean WhiteHawk (Mother Ocean), a pioneer Teacher and spiritual Director of the SAMADHI Training Centre for the Soul in Hong Kong. She has trained with Mother Ocean in this profound Science of Consciousness and Active Spiritual Intelligence since 2014.  Géraldine’s practice is unique as a result of her dedicated spiritual training and practice that has brought her in-depth understanding of our true Soul nature, beyond working just on the physical form. She offers Deep Healing bodywork & massage, SOMA Breathwork, Pranayama ( in training with Kia Miller, leading kundalini yoga teacher & founder of Radiant Body Yoga. ), heart opening meditation, yin & nidra yoga, as well as one-to-one spiritual mentorship & self mastery sessions to both adults and children to assist them on their journey towards Soul awakening and freedom. Géraldine is originally French, after spending 11 years in Hong Kong ( and working 20 years in the art world) she is currently based in the English countryside where she offers ONLINE & in person sessions at SAMADHI at Hockley Place healing centre as well as working with CareFocus, a therapeutic care home for teenage girls. She also offers regular programmes in London and in Marrakech
