Following over 11 years of dedicated training in yoga, meditation, breathwork ( kriyas, pranayama and more recently SOMA breath), scratching the surface of the fascinating limitless esoteric sciences and metaphysics, while going through my own soul squeezes and life challenges it forced me to tap into new sources of strength and resilience and BREATH is what gelled it all together! Conscious BREATH is the master key that unlocked new possibilities for me.  From finally shifting my form that was constantly tired for not reason, to releasing stagnant past emotions, to finding focus and clarity and accessing new altered state of consciousness through my own supply ! it’s been such a useful, helpful and playful exploration of this ancient Science that am now passionate about sharing it all with YOU.
